Bingöl Province (; , Zazaki: Çewlîg, Northern Kurdish: Çewlîg;) is a province of Turkey in Eastern Anatolia. The province was created in 1946 out of parts of Elazığ and Erzincan. The new province was known as Çapakçur Province until 1950
